Hey my man ... yes I am still holding, indirectly probably around 180 million, nothing has changed for me in that regard. IF this were to rally to say .0004 or more I would sell some, dependent on any news and the nature of the move. Im glad you sent me this message though, I totally missed the occurrence of this move.
I wouldn't get excited about this move at all. If something of significance were going to happen, I believe I would know about some inkling of it. The focus right now from XCLK ownership is CLEARLY on DPW and AVLP, there is absolutely no question about that, and DPW is a great deal right now, though AVLP may be even better since it is so unknown, hard to tell. But AVLP has so much catching up to do with filings, and the cost of doing that is just outrageous but it is being done, so there's no way XCLK is going to get any priority over that. Now I would hope that filings for the last year+ would be "easier" with nothing going on, but still they are far far behind.
That is not to say this is not on some radar, but when you compare the size and potential of XCLK to what's brewing with the other deals they have going on, its almost impossible to rationalize putting money into this. BUT, and this just my take, IF the other aforementioned endeavors do real well, and I believe and am betting they will, I believe XCLK will be revived, but until that happens, I don't think we'll see anything significant. If I am wrong, and I HOPE I COULD BE, then we can all celebrate, but I don't think so. Its sorely disappointing I realize and I try not to think about it or else I get depressed - as I mentioned before, focusing on other stuff.
Now as you have pointed out to me, there is always risk of suspension by SEC - someone posted a list of the September ones and I could not believe how long it was, scary. So the longer we wait, the more risk there is.
Great to see people coming back to the board, I just would hate for people to get their hopes up too much.
