No, its the OTC it is the way it is. These financiers get a huge ROI and take the stock down to do it. I just want the same opp...I think all shareholders would like the same opp, but that aint the way it works. Look what they did to NPH* took the cap down to 1/5th and loaded their pockets by shorting the hell out of it destroying the cap (kinda like here)..I have a dozen stocks in my portfolio where they are massively diluting for money to move forward and yet as shareholders we have to average down it stinks.
We need a market that will allow shareholders to participate with financing with maybe $250 minimum that way we could reduce the amount needed by these financiers.

They will pop this stock outside of the bands intersect the sar for a reversal in the next few trading days..watch.
