It's a real estate transaction. The way I read it they made an offer and the offer was accepted. Now it takes several weeks to arrange the paperwork and close the deal. Just like buying (closing on) a house.

What's fuzzy about that? It will take a while to get the license, Construct the greenhouse(s), and grow the first crop, but $1/share pps is now in sight. Looking at $40 million+ in revs once this is in full production.
