I hope I am wrong with this agreement.
With this agreement the first 10 million goes to Lake Whillans and after that cvm gets 81.25%. So the incentive for arbitration for Lake Whillans is mainly the first 10 million. I wonder if Lake Whillans was also stalling to get a better deal. So if the arbitration win is say 20 million cvm gets 8.25 million, not enough to effect stock price or to bring in to entice new investors, also with a small settlement watch the shareprice drop like a rock but just enough to give Geert and his cronies their salaries and bonuses. The only thing to bring profits for the shareholders as if Geert could really care is forFDA approval of Multikine.
