Lesn, please clarify. Who/what is TheCol?

Outside of this one question I agree with all you've stated. I am merely attempting to identify the specific date (or at minimum, the year) the Chill was lifted. If lifted THIS year, I would consider it significantly more compelling. If lifted in 2014, why didn't Laura advise the shareholders? She had posted updates to us in 2013, yet no mention in 2014 (if 2014 was indeed the year it was lifted).
