It's possible it could bump and see around 4, sure. But going long on a technical alone, without the fundamental understanding, is simply foolish.

The fundamental understanding is key if you plan to hold long. JCPs fundamentals have been a train wreck for years. It doesn't look like that will change anytime soon.
