HM, not sure what to think here..
I have been following Sharkreach closely. Steve Smith looks like a honest guy. Always big plans and accurate in filings etc.
On the other hand he didn't came through with Sharkreach. Big plans as in acquisitions, but in the end everything fell apart.

I hope things will go better here.
