1. DNI bragged about obtaining a commercial Mining Permit (PE) in its project in Madagascar in March 16, 2017
2. The Director of the Minister for Mines in Region Atsinanana, where Vohitsara is located declared that DNI "doesn't have any other permit than a research permit," "DNI does not have any commercial Mining Permit (Permis d'exploitation)" on August 07, 2017 (http://www.newsmada.com/2017/08/07/ambatolampy-brickaville-dni-metals-encore-en-phase-de-recherche/).
He is the one who delivered a certificate to inform the public that DNI has extended its graphite research from June 20, 2017 to Dec. 20, 2017. It is NOT EVEN a research permit--a certificate is not a permit.
