I know I’m restructuring my investment strategy based on that amendment passing.... I agree it greatly decreases the share quantity based potential revenue. I think the concept of the voting where they still ultimately are the ones with the only votes that will make the final decision is that they use the investor input to gauge investor sentiment which then may influence their own. If it shoots up again like it did right after Las Vegas initiated adult recreational I’m doing a partial sell off of my stock in an attempt to proactively recoup some of the potential losses a reverse split will create.
