Thanks for the correction on Mr. Buffet, LTE. My mistake.
As for the test results from 2 years ago, they were on hay...let that sink in. HAY!

Last I checked, ethanol wasn't being made anywhere with hay as a feedstock, neither 1st generation ethanol from food nor 2nd generation ethanol from yard waste and certainly not for the plant they are looking to buy in Florida. Much of the tests results collected by Dr. Blair early on were from hay or pure cellulose bought from a supplier, or grass. Many were dried to 4% moisture content (in other words, pretreated) prior to treatment in reactor. The results from these showed it took over 2 hours to maximize solubility and sugar yield. Years later in 2013, Dr. Blair and friends tested on mixed cellulosic waste (Fig. 15? of patent) and it corroborates the run time and efficiency of the feedstock they will use at the new plant. 2 hours only 40% solubility...and that wasn't even in a ball mill (their reactor!). It's all in black and white and public knowledge. But if you don't believe me, ask Dr. Blair himself to explain the results in his patent. This patent application from 2013 is a real eye opener because it address the industrial applicability first hand with the equipment and feedstock they will use in Florida.

Disclaimer...I will say once again...my critique in no way refutes the ability to make sugars from the mechanochemical process, just how quickly it can be done leading to cost. This patent along with the original NEVER claimed to make it in minutes, sugar at 5 cents a pound or ethanol less than $1. In fact, it contradicts claims made in the press releases. Those claims were by Daniel only. I have challenged him to prove me wrong, show supporting info for his price claims based on test results in this patent and a list of end users for his sugars and lignin. ANYTHING that would support going through with this to industrial scale....supply and demand. All have been met with deaf silence. Unfortunately, this may be the very reason why no one has bought a license agreement, bolt on or build a stand alone. They have learned what I have shared.

If anyone is a short on this...it's the only guy talking to the media.
