By 'reaching for fills' do you mean, for instance, APPL is trading at 148-151 intra-day for quite a while (holding price) while new positions are established in a black box sort of way. Then all of a sudden you see 152.10, it goes back to 148-151, and then maybe in the other direction very quickly then back?
Is that what you mean?
And how would that move OBV since they are just reaching for a quick buck and not accumulating/distributing, which would move OBV? Wouldn't it distort OBV?
