Would they know more than manufacturer or majority-owner?

I'm really interested in seeing if I can get Hemp in touch with my contacts. Especially for the decortication equipment.

I've seen some really old machinery come back to life and compete with best of the best new stuff so I know it could be a possibility with Hemp Incs equipment too.

Do you think that your contacts could do a better job than Temafa (the manufacturer,) or Dilo (the majority owner of Temafa)?

In 2014 and 2015, HEMP and Perlowin made a big deal of the Temafa engineers it brought in to help disassemble and reassemble the plant:

With the agricultural permit in place, the Temafa line of equipment inside the plant can be reassembled. Schmitt is currently making arrangements to get the Temafa Engineers to Spring Hope to begin the process.

As to DiloGroup, they're the majority shareholder of Temafa, and have representatives the world over. Their US representative is based in Charlotte, NC, a couple of hundred miles from HEMP's Spring Hope facility:
