Hi Robert. I'm not sweating this, as you advise, but I'm wondering about the dilution assumption. What you referred to was not a new issue of warrants. As such, I assume those shares were already included in the cap table. I apologize if I didn't interpret your comment correctly.

I reached out to Cryoport's CIO to see what his reaction was to today's activity. He stated there was "no news from us or the industry that I can see"
