The Diver Joe who was fired for incompetence???......Then after Wilf screws over Capt Billy for 4 years and stiffing him for $61,000, pulls a WilfWeasel move getting a new boat, hiring IdiotJoe as his new Captain, and planning to get a new DR contract cleaning up mercury.
But the Mayan Gods step in, and snatch that contract away from Wilf, leaving Joe to resort to pimping himself out to whoever will take him.
And according to those same Mayan Gods, there's a good chance that mercury contract will go to none other than Good Old Capt Billy.
