What I don't understand is that hemp was grown all over the midwest, legally, for various uses during WWII. In the early 1970's, when I was in college, I was out in Indiana and saw it growing wild, the stuff that hadn't been eradicated after the war. So if they did it then without XXII technology, why are we now indespensible ? Why can't it just be done the way it was back in the day?
