MISSISSAUGA, ON / ACCESSWIRE / October 4, 2017 / USA Real Estate Holding Company (OTC PINK: USTC) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent agreement to acquire 51% of Waltrump Technology, a software design and development Company, in an all-stock transaction. Waltrump Technology will merge into USTC as its subsidiary.
