Mike Michie as CEO had from November 2011 until present to implement his business plan and turn PFSD around.

Even if we cut him slack after "THE BRAIN" got DISBARRED it is still until Spring 2016.

Are we just going to give Michie a free pass for 4.5 years in this window FOR INCOMPETENCE?

I think not.

IT IS WAY MORE THAN INCOMPETENCE.
