Hello Jim,

We are in the process of drafting definitive documents (purchase agreement, employment agreements for key management, etc.). We are scheduled to close by Oct. 27th the latest as we want to have consolidated financials reflected on our books for 10K and yes we will file an 8K. We are in the process of interviewing IR groups that will share our news globally, should have in place within 2 weeks.

Hello,

How soon is the acquisition scheduled to close? Will you be putting out an 8k on it when it's done?
A PR on marketwired or other news source would reach more people than just an OTC pr and give the stock price a boost.
