I actually agree with you on that. Their approach to reporting is, in my opinion, more sloppy than devious or illegal. I wish they'd hire someone to do investor relations and SEC reporting. It just has never seemed to be at the top of their list of priorities (which i think is understandable for a company with such rapid growth). There just doesn't seem to be anyone internally focused on keeping the filings up to date and in full compliance.
