They will reverse split (but keep share auth the same, so they can continue diluting their investors into the ground), rather than increase the share auth to 30 billion shares.

Not that the float is almost exactly the same as the outstanding shares, so this dilution nightmare has almost no restricted shares.

Pretty scary that the company is purposely hiding all info on where their revenue/sales comes from. Their financials purposely hide this info, but many investors don't realize this.

Also, 51% of any profit they ever make gets distributed not to shareholders, but to another entity, in the form of a quarterly cash dividend. This means there is almost nothing to reinvest back into the company.
