Bilal, the patents have been valued by an expert patent valuation company, and you're going to assure us they have no value, really?
What is your expertise for writing such a thing? Also, my guess is that the TNW acquisition has been delayed because UAMA is attempting to bring SEC filings current, along with issuing the shares to TNW & iFramed Canada (which UAMA had announced months ago)at the same time. If you know anything about the SEC, they are not the speediest organization to approve such documentation. Professional buyers in the stock, not retail like you and me, all year have been saying with their money that UAMA has value. Don't get lost in speculation about details you're not providing evidence for.
