Someone spammed me with info on this stock so I will leave it at this and not become a resident here.

That statement is OTC FALSE.

If they have shares in the A/S, the O/S can increase without you knowing in the OTC.

Happens EVERY day.

This looks like a open/shut case of a dilution machine to avoid wiht my $.
