Someone wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy over estimated their capabilities. Cgra claimed these guys were going to pay 2 million per year in rent. As you can see, wildfire does not even have gross sales anywhere close to that. More fake news from someone. But that is the norm here. Remember the pr about 2 billion in dolomite? Lol.

Ps. I guess you could assume they are under performing according to cgra's estimates. Cgra spent tons of borrowed debt based on collecting 2 million per year in rent, and it is not working out, total disaster
