Have you been in the parking lot at a gun show lately? Bump-stock with a drum magazine is legal in many locales, you know. The bump-stock essentially makes semi auto assault rifles into automatic weapons. It is VERY easy to acquire as much as one can afford. Particularly at Nevada gun shows.
Before you start in, I realize that only a fraction of sales at gun shows are undocumented cash sales, but the fact is, there are too many.
Thinking that ability to acquire the weapons is a limiting factor is laughable. I bet there is another stash somewhere that has not been discovered yet.
