True, but as others have observed, there are other shells out there with less baggage, so it would be a curious choice of shells for a merger.

I'd love for something to happen to breathe some life back into my COWI shares, but applying just a rational eye to the available facts, I just don't see it.

That either means that one of the facts is wrong (debt is less, tax burden is not real, some unknown non-liquid COWI asset exists) or I have to accept that COWI will fade away and TraqIq is just a standalone new thing.
