ELTZ $ 0.005. I spoke with Terrence.

He heard from the new Auditor and that there was an error for 3/31 from the prior Auditor. It has been corrected and they will have draft today for attorney for sign off. The 10Q should be filed this week. That will take care of the "Stop" sign.
