Labor Smart still has a Federal Tax Lien against the company but there is more information.

In Paulding County on 09/26/2017 there was a FIFA instrument placed against Labor Smart - this is for a judgement against the company - it is a type of Lien.

Schadel has screwed up the company so that bankruptcy is probably his only option - but the Georgia SOS has already revoked the registration and Labor Smart is in Default with the Nevada SOS.

LTNC can't legally conduct business in Georgia - and when the Nevada SOS Revokes the registration LTNC will be selling shares illegally.

For a screw up like Schadel - he has out done himself in screwing over LTNC shareholders.
