I would assume they will need to disclose in subsequent events in the upcoming financials which should be another week or so as they extended their reporting date..annual report delay is 15 days from due date

not sure what Vuoozo is going for as 700k suit he would be so far down the line to get any monies...maybe he is going after the patent or rights to recipe...which again, is public knowledge anyhow.
