We often talk about God and His perfect plan and purpose in our life. We talk about God being sovereign...meaning...in complete control. We talk about God really wanting the very best for us...yes...all the way to the point of not just having life...but "having live more abundantly"! So...what does all of that mean? When things happen like just happened this Sunday night in Las Vegas...where was God? Did this take God by surprise? Is God sitting on His throne wringing His hands trying to figure His next move to save humanity? We see the terrors of ISIS. We see how christians are being persecuted all the way to their death around the world. We see the Destruction of hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and wildfires. On any given day we can see the madness, evil and wickedness here in the United States by senseless crime and anger and hate...ALL..a product of SIN! And we often can wonder why?! So lets think on something about God on His throne and Jesus at His right Hand. Now i will not call out this persons name that did this shooting..but my thought is this. 64 years ago...God created this man in his mothers womb...and on that day that God created him..God knew what he was going to do here this Sunday night...right? And lets get way more tragic...the day that God created Adolf Hitler in his mothers womb...God knew what Adolf Hitler was going to do...yet...God created him anyway. Now listen carefully folks...im NOT saying God is responsible for all this evil...im saying God allowed it because even though we cant understand it...it all...just like from the beginning of time...fits into Gods perfect plan for humanity...leading us to the "End Time"...the destruction of the heavens and earth...remember...scripture tells us.."Gods ways are not our ways and Gods thoughts are not our thoughts". God is still on the throne and you can believe without hesitation or a shadow of any doubt...God is still very much in complete control of everything!
