Hi Allen,

Kelly also discusses the ETF in his other book The Neatest Little Guide to Stock Market Investing. I have not yet red the 3% solution, but I do own Value Averaging, which I understand Kelly's book to be based on. It has been a very strong performer for me so far, increasing from $69.83 to a close of $75.23 today. I am closing in on that elusive first sell!
