Ummm...No, that's simply wrong. You've confused the BRAND NAME with actual cars and manufacturing.

About Tom Kim, I see he owns DeTomaso now. No dispute!

I suggest you look at what's actually happened.

Some penny stock scamsters have bought the BRAND NAME.

There are no cars.

In 2015, the De Tomaso brand was sold to a Chinese company for $1.17 million (less than the cost of a mint Pantera):

A lawyer for the buyer announced that Ideal TeamVenture plans to produce cars in China bearing the De Tomaso name.

Guess what? That never happened, cars were never produced. Check out this article from May 2017:

at De Tomaso in Modena, Italy it was a ragged ending, reminiscent of Berlin in ’45—with the workers leaving abruptly and cars left unfinished on the factory floor.

It seems you've confused "Tom Kim" registering the NAME of a company with the actual physical objects that company used to produce.

I've already provided a picture of the desolate, decrepit industrial wasteland "Tom Kim" claims is the headquarters for his supercar empire.

He might as well hang a sign (between the grafitti and next to the "for rent" sign) shouting "PENNY STOCK SCAM LOCATED HERE!!!!"
