the health regulators in the UK decided that Pharmaepa's supplement was safe enough to use in a clinical trial there ... it should be safe to use here also

Could you please cite when a health regulator (anytime, anywhere) decided about the safety of a product BEFORE the (first) study ... Which has a crystal ball ...?
