As I did with $OWC* Last year in October I anticipated it to grow very fast due to the progress the company was making at the time and the amount of info I had gathered on the company. It looked like a solid investment for what was going to be an amazing Marijuana fall push of a lot of stocks.

This year my main focus after doing several days of DD on this company will be $GRWC. Everything about this company screams $1.00 bound. Yes I throw huge disproportionate figures out there, but I do it for a reason, I truly believe it.

Grow Condos Inc. ($GRWC) Owns, leases, sells and manages multitenant properties for growing, processing and manufacturing marijuana, extracts and edibles.

This company currently has a 15,000 square foot facility in Eagle Point, Oregon that is fully leased.

The company is under contract for the purchase of approximately 3-acres of land in Eugene, Oregon with expected development of 60,000 square feet of indoor agricultural / cannabis use operator designed space. Pioneer Business Park will encompass 2.65 acres and will be developed with four, 42,250 square foot buildings. The project will be a phased build-out and the company is currently considering pre-sales or pre-leasing.
