It's like this when let's say for example 30000000 million shares we bought on upside the price jumps to.01 or .001 then someone dumps cause the ask price goes to .005 so they can get out it's not like $2000.00 worth of shares is far from pushing it up its just someone selling when it gets there once he she or they are out who knows what will happen
