Bilal, I read the docs you posted. I don't see UAMA's liability here. The Benoit conviction is really old news (10 yrs. old), and I get his past, while at the same time recognizing how brilliant he is in technology. It also seems like he hires some really smart lawyers to structure things the way he has. I believe JAMM is Benoit's family trust, so I actually like it owns so much of UAMA. I don't have legal background, so tell me what I'm missing, please. Thank you.
