The last time we heard any commentary from anybody on the WMIH board regarding price of the stock, it was very dismissive. He (a WMIH board member, but whose name I can't remember) said something along the lines of that he doesn't follow the price of the stock, and/or the he is not concerned about it. This correlates with a statement from years ago when they claimed not to even be aware that the stock was Trading.

I think better financial minds than my own need to reexamine the whys- why would this be the case, if they have a legal duty to maximize PPS??? And once we can think of possibilities of what those circumstances might be, then we need to ask ourselves do the circumstances still exist? Because right now, and for the last couple years we have clearly been in a free fall, with hopeful posters stating that it's either a good thing or nothing to be worried about, but with no turn in the trend and it's going on for so long.
