Seems they keep getting arrested and convicted for using dope, selling dope, fraud, theft etc. Type in "Jeffries" and you'll find his record there as well. I guess that "Joshua J. (Tatsey)" was about the only adult with a clean record which is why, IMO, he was floated as being SUTI's next CEO (well, next to the last).
