The time to accumulate stock was as soon as the global lock was lifted. There is obviously an error in the suspension as I followed Sir90's post and paid the fee to check on NAGP's corporate status in Delaware. The company is current and has been since 1996. Hopefully this whole mess is fixed this week, and we are back up and running. Time will tell.
