I understand your concern as to where openroadshipping is headed. So far my best guess is that Lloyd is using his experience with Hot to create an Uber type service for the trucking industry.

From there thunderclap entertainment bought controlling interest in Omni m2m and a company called Ci2i. At the same time thunderclap entertainment became Traqiq. These three companies collectively utilize Iot for monitoring the shipping industry.

Lloyd is now the vice president and Secretary for traqiq.
