You are right... apparently 77.67 tons per acre per acre is not allowed within prosecco doc designation regulation standards, but it's close.

Here's the actual answer according to this Frequently Asked Questions page:

WHAT IS THE YIELD?

The yield per hectare is the total number of kilograms of grapes that can be produced per unit area. As far as Prosecco is concerned, the maximum yield is 180,000 kgs per hectare (kg/ha).

The equivalent in Tons Per Acre would be 72.84.

So...

The maximum acceptable production yield for 455 acres would be about 23,862,384 bottles ...or about 3,977,064 6 bottle cases... (nearly 4 million cases).
