We provide finacial and administrative tools....is a quote from the website.Then it goes on to talk about outsourcing staff which isthe main part of the business we think this company is all about.

What exactly does that mean? Financial and administrative tools...sort of like someone telling you that they work as a consultant ...covering a large area but somewhat vague in the actual description.

I would be happy to listen to someone explain to me what financial and administrative tools are ?
