Bottom line he put out an alert to his loyal members first saying we eat first then says he's putting out a email and from that wall street and everyone will buy Tuesday. Well he just simply dumped all is shares thus tanking it cause he dam well knew nobody was buying Tuesday that was his plan so yes that is grounds to get investigated and should be downright criminal
