Korea with its principal place of business at Suite 514, Namsung Plaza, 345-30, Gasan-Dong,
Geumcheon-Gu, Seoul, South Korea, recover from the defendant, Calmare Therapeutics
Incorporated, Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 1375 Kings Highway
East, Fairfield, Connecticut, on plaintiff’s claims for replevin and related claims, judgment in the
amount of $_______________, which includes pre-judgment interest at the legal rate upon the principal of $4,257,320.00, plus post-judgment interest at the legal rate per annum, along with
costs of the litigation (“Money Judgment”).
