Precisely. Illegal. The idiot doesn't even know that he is running a PUBLICLY traded company, and, he has fiduciary duty to ALL the shareholders.

BTW, I never tried to follow him, not even posted any comment, and, I am blocked since yesterday. Someone told him that I would possibly post there, and, the guy searched my twitter account and blocked me.

He blockerd someone that leads a group that possibly has the biggest amount of money invested on his POS company.
