IMO Looters limited IQ was further diminished by a year long diet of taxpayer funded prison baloney sandwiches. Now I suspect he's using more of this addictive, toxic kratow junk than he's selling. All of which further impairs one's judgment.

He and Plano wineo Eddie apparently thought they could get away with passing off "Moon Pie Miller" as a self-made millionaire, an experienced businessman and qualified to serve as CEO of a public company. In reality they were desperate to find a willing patsy with no verifiable history to serve as the secretive "Howard Huge" of this scam.
