I know of companies that trade much higher than BORK that have had no news, no revenues, and no activity for more than a decade. Go figure that out. I have learned over the years that the lack of stock price value may have little or nothing to do with what is going on inside the company.

Although BORK pays no dividends it is primarily held by the buyers over the last few years as a growth stock. Some of those investors have faith the the stock value will grow.

I have also observed over the decades that some investors come not from financiers, typical wise investors, or other traditional crowds, but from employees of potential buyers, consumers with privileged information, or others who become aware of pending or possible orders over which they have no direct participation.
