For us investors, the Fed's need to suppress gold is actually a plus since it gives us more time to accumulate on the cheap. They'll probably keep gold down as long as they can, which is fine with me.

Between the massive US debt, the end of the petro-dollar system, and de-dollarization of global trade, the dollar is in big trouble. Hopefully they can hold things together a few more years before the day of reckoning arrives.
