Not sure about restrictions on I hub at all

I saw institutional trades Of 1000 twice
February calls (3or 4 dollar calls don’t remember )
Remember in retail we can only buy 200 at one trade
These were 1000 x 2 trades

Now I’m unable to know if they were. Call buys or call sells
Very different they were placed at the bid at the time (
My guess is call buys )

Somebody is holding this below 185-186
