it is a simple 1 page, 3 sentence fix? no. it will take time and I'm sure comments will come back. but if the reason for the suspension is cleared up, i see no reason they can't go back to trading normally. how many of the ones that didn't come back, actually filed 15c211's and proceeded to follow the requirements of SEC/FINRA to do it? that would put your figure of 'a couple' in the correct perspective... so say 10 did and 3 made it.. ok 30/70 chance... if 3000 did follow everything correctly and only 3 made it, well, that would indicate something is wrong at sec/finra then imo

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
