Final disposition (after a second trial; first was a mistrial) was that Stine was acquitted. However, due to evidentiary rules of exclusion, the jury never was permitted to see the fact that it was his third conviction for DUI. In some states there are felonies awarded for multiple DUIs; apparently not Washington.

Don't know if this is pertinent info regarding the President/Co-Founder's ability to run a company. Just 'cause your husband's a drunk, does that make you a bad exec? Seems Krammer has a track record of previous success.
